Hey Chris, let me ask you a question. I notice when you use the black ink brush, you are able to outline the entire character without stopping or reloading the brush. Is this brush liquid or is it digital?
It's a Kuretake brush pen. You load it with ink like a fountain pen, but with a brush tip. Saves time from constantly dipping a sable brush into ink.
